HOW DO I DO IT?

  1. We start with a 30 minute phone consultation to determine your fitness goals, develop an understanding of your dream body, and the things your program needs to be successful. 

  2. You get your first week of your program. 

  3. This is the most important. You give feedback on the program and how it impacted you literally after every workout when it is fresh in your mind.

  4. You record the parts of the workouts that you are not 100% confident in your capacity to preform. 

  5. I evolve the program to adhere to what you were feeling during the exercises. 

HOW TO STOP OVERTHINKING

When we begin to go on this journey you will no longer have to worry about what you need to do to get the body of your dreams and get in the best shape of your life. I have that covered. You simply need to push yourself during your workouts and follow the plan, while giving as much feedback as possible. When we work together the possibilities are endless.
